Instrumental Lessons


Advanced Orchestra class will meet on Thursdays from 6:15-7:30 PM at East Community Center, 5933 S. Fairfield St., Littleton, 80120, on the following dates:

6/16*, 6/26, 7/3, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, and 7/31

* The first class is on a Monday due to East being closed on Thursday June 19
This orchestra is for string musicians (violin, viola, cello, string bass). Please email Mr. David Eilert () if you have any questions.

  • The Summer Orchestra Concert is Monday, August 11, 2025, at 6:30 PM – East Community Center, 5933 S. Fairfield St., Littleton, 80120.

Intermediate Orchestra class  will meet on Thursdays from 4:15-5:30 PM at East Community Center, 5933 S. Fairfield St., Littleton, 80120, on the following dates:

6/91, 6/26, 7/3, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24. A group rehearsal will be July 31, at 6:15.

Note: This class includes any student from Mr. Eilert’s Powell 2025 strings class who cannot attend the 6:15 class or any student who prefers a less challenging format at first. Students can move to the Advanced class with the permission of the instructor. Contact Mr. Eilert if you are not sure which class to sign up for.

  • The Summer Orchestra Concert is TBA. A tentative date and time have been scheduled for either Thursday, August 7 (Location TBA) or Monday, August 11, 2025, at 6:30 PM – East Community Center, 5933 S. Fairfield St., Littleton, 80120.

This summer string orchestra experience is designed for students with 1-3 years of experience. The rehearsals will focus on developing string playing techniques, fostering ensemble skills, and learning exciting music in a fun environment.
