About the Class

Join us for an exciting introduction to the violin! With over 25 years of teaching experience, Lisa Appleton is licensed Music K–12 through the Colorado State Board of Education and holds a degree in Music Education from the University of Denver. Emphasizing the fun in playing an instrument, each class is tailored for student success by combining traditional note reading and Suzuki methods. Scale study, sight-reading, and modeling techniques for home practice build student confidence.

“The mission of my program is to build community, develop student social emotional skills, and make the world a more beautiful place.”
