Spring Session 2024

The winter session is a continuation of our Fall program. No new students will be accepted unless approved by the class instructor.

Instrumental Lessons

Intermediate Guitar class for Grades 4-8 will meet on Wednesdays on the following dates:

1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, and 5/8 from 4:30 – 5:30pm.

The SPRING CONCERT for East Guitar students is scheduled for
MAY 8, 2024 at 6:00 PM
East Community Center Gym, 5933 South Fairfield Street, Littleton, CO 80120.

The $250.00 registration fee does not include the cost of renting an instrument

To ensure you get the most out of this experience, participants
should meet the following criteria: 

  • Must be in grades 4-8.
  • Experience Level: Intermediate.
  • Must be able to play the 12 Bar Blues in A; know A, Am, C, D, E, Em and G chords well.
  • Consistent strumming and good rhythm skills.
  • We will be working on different songs than the after-school program, so students can take both classes.

Guitars will need to be purchased

General Information

We are very fortunate to have exceptional professionals teaching the performing arts enrichment classes and want to make sure their time and expertise is appreciated and utilized by all students.  Students who are consistently absent, unprepared, or disruptive in class will be dropped from the course.  Please review the class schedule carefully as consistent attendance is expected.  Please keep the school schedule handy as conferences, holidays, etc. affect some classes.

  • Each semester session is $250.00 plus the cost of instrument rental/purchase.
  • Once class has started, we do not issue refunds.  NO student may begin lessons unless they are registered and payment has been made before the start of the first lesson.
  • If we do not have 10 or more students signed up for a class, that particular class will be cancelled.
  • NOTE: The school’s Health Office is not open after school. We have NO access to medications.
  • Media/Electronic Communications Release: Enrollment includes permission for photographs, interviews, and/or videos of the groups to be posted without compensation on the LCMA website, all of which can be accessed directly or indirectly at www.littletonmusic.org.  LCMA will be careful not to associate a student’s name in such a way that it can be identified with a student.
